Your efforts over the past six months to help us make the difficult transition to an unregulated market have had an enormous impact on our organization, from senior managers and headquarters staff to field technicians. A month after the program's end, people continue to buzz about it.

Specifically, the program you created and taught has unified our people. They no longer believe we are a dinosaur on the way to extinction. Rather, we can take on new competitors in a straight-up, head-to-head contest with confidence if we leverage our strengths and do not allow deregulation to tempt us to take actions that might make sense in the short term, but would damage our trusted image. The program you taught at this year's Harley Davidson University, “Achieving Breakthrough Service,” was the most informative course I have taken in my years of going to numerous seminars and business courses.
