Biographical Information
Christopher Hart, Ph.D., is president of Spire Group, located in Brookline,
Massachusetts. He is dedicated to helping clients create new
sources of customer value that competitors must attempt to
copy. He has served three times as a Baldridge National Award
examiner.
Dr. Hart received his bachelor's degree from Cornell University,
his MBA from the Harvard Business School, and his Doctorate
from Cornell. He has been a faculty member at Harvard, Cornell
and Michigan, where he consistently received outstanding teaching
evaluations.
